Candidates for MN Governor have been Advised
to Respond to Speaking Invitation by Sat., October 7
St. Paul, Minnesota -- Today, Citizens' Council on Health Care (CCHC), announces that it has advised all Minnesota candidates for governor that CCHC needs to hear back from them by no later than 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 7 regarding their participation in next week's health care forum.
CCHC has invited all candidates to present their vision and plan for health care in Minnesota at CCHC's 5th annual health care policy event on the morning of October 10, 2006 at the Doubletree Hotel Minneapolis Park Place.
The CCHC invitation is still open to every candidate for Minnesota governor.
If for any reason a candidate is out of state on October 10th, that candidate can designate an individual to appear on their behalf.
Any candidate who has agreed to come will be able to present their plan for health care in Minnesota.
